On behalf of our Client, a growing Company in the financial services industry we are seeking an Accountant to become part of a dynamic team. The successful candidate should have a university degree holder in Accounting and Finance or in another relevant field and at least 2 years of demonstrated work experience in an Accounting/Bookkeeping role.

Job Responsibilities

  • Preparation of daily Cash Flows
  • Preparing monthly bookkeeping material for the external bookkeeper
  • Reconciliations of bank accounts and clearing companies to internal systems
  • Basic knowledge of annual financial statements
  • Upload, Review and approve payment to vendors in payment
  • Basic knowledge in VAT and Payroll

Requirements

  • University degree holder in Accounting and Finance or in another relevant field
  • At least 2 years of demonstrated work experience in an Accounting/Bookkeeping role
  • Excellent command of English language both verbal and written
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel (formulas, spreadsheet formulation)
  • Experience in a high-volume transaction environment
  • Ability to work under pressure

Their financial teams have grown and developed into a team of strong, talented individuals and they’re currently looking to add another strong professional that will add more value to their team.

The successful candidate should have at least 2 years of demonstrated work experience in an Accounting/Bookkeeping role.

Job Responsibilities

  • Preparation of daily Cash Flows
  • Daily bookkeeping and recording of transactions in the accounting system
  • Reconciliations of bank accounts and clearing companies
  • Basic knowledge of annual financial statements
  • Calculation and preparation of payment files (calculating, issuing invoices and entering payments to the system)
  • Payroll preparation (calculation of payroll, tax and SI)
  • VAT calculation and form submission

Requirements

  • University degree holder in Accounting and Finance or in another relevant field
  • Non-qualified or partly qualified ACA or ACCA
  • At least 2 years of demonstrated work experience in an Accounting/Bookkeeping role
  • Excellent command of English language both verbal and written
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel (formulas, spreadsheet formulation)
  • Experience in a high-volume transaction environment
  • Ability to work under pressure
