Our Client is a Fintech enterprise founded in 2015 with Head Quarters in Singapore, Offices in Limassol, Cyprus and in India, the company’s mission is to provide our clients with equal access to a wide range of investments technologies. They are seeking to hire a Chinese speaking Customer Care Representative. The successful candidate will be native/fluent in Chinese with good knowledge of English and excellent communication skills.
Chinese Speaking Customer Care Representative
- Process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.
- University degree, preferably in a relevant field (Finance, Economics, IT)
- Native/Fluent Chinese speaker with good English is a must
- B2B working experience in the relevant field (FinTech, Financial Services, Brokerage, Forex) or 1-2 years of trading experience will be considered an advantage
- Experience in client relationship management is a plus
- Experience with trading software/investment platforms/applications, understanding of financial markets and products will be considered an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships
- Strong conceptual and analytical problem-solving skills
- Strong work ethics and self – motivator with a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Understanding of liquidity, risk management, asset management is a plus
- experience in a dealing desk, back office, MT4, MT5 platform management or customer care expertise in a financial services company would be an advantage
