Are you a marketer, have a passion for Customer Service, are a native Italian speaker, organized and look forward to a challenge? 3CX is looking for an Italian speaking Marketing Executive/Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.

Within the role you will be working as part of a dynamic Marketing/Customer Service Team and will be tasked to:

  • Monitor Italian forums and answer forum posts as well as tickets to our Customer and Partner Service Teams
  • Translate from English to Italian
  • Manage our Italian website
  • Proofread and SEO blog posts and press releases in Italian
  • Assist with online marketing and social media

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Fluent in English and Italian (written and verbal)
  • A good understanding of SEO
  • Knowledge and passion for IT
  • Attention to detail

  • Effective time management skills
  • Good judgment in prioritizing work projects and activities
  • An understanding of VoIP and PBX’s would be considered an advantage
  • An understanding of Google Analytics and Google Adwords would be considered an advantage
