On behalf of our Client a leading property development company, GRS are currently seeking to recruit a Property Sales Executive in Paphos. The successful candidate must have 2-3 years’ previous experience within a similar role and be fluent in both English and Russian. Main Duties And Responsibilities
  • Actively develop new business opportunities through contacts, relationships, cold calling and networking activities
  • Provide guidance and assist buyers in purchasing property under the best terms
  • Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
  • Display and market properties to possible buyers
  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
  • Representing the company in International exhibitions
  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
Candidate Profile
  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience within a similar role
  • Have a strong command of English and Russian, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Eligible to work freely in Cyprus with no visa restrictions
