A highly established investment management company in Limassol, our Client is seeking to hire an ambitious and proactive Russian-Speaking Junior Corporate Administrator to assist with the overall day-to-day tasks and activities of the Corporate Department, with the objective of developing a long-term career within the company and its corporate department. Training and support will be provided, as well as a competitive salary and career development, and within prestigious modern offices in a very prime location in Limassol. The ideal candidate will have previous working experience in a similar role, and able to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. All candidates must be eligible to work in Cyprus.

Main Duties And Responsibilities
  • Assist in the general day-to-day tasks and activities of the Corporate Department
  • Assist in the preparation of various corporate documents as necessary
  • Assist in the preparation of payment orders, opening bank accounts, filing documents and necessary paperwork
  • Handle and organize assigned corporate material and filing of documents
  • Be involved in the communication with clients, government authorities, financial institutions and other associates, as deemed necessary by the corporate manager or director
  • Provide overall administrative assistance to the Corporate Directors, Teams and Department
Candidate Profile
  • Previous work experience in a junior corporate administrative role
  • Native-level Russian and fluent English is a must (written and verbal)
  • Greek language would be a significant advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent professional skills with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to a work environment
  • Good computer skills
  • Ability to work as a team member in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
  • A motivated self-starter, ambitious, proactive and keen to take initiative to add and gain value
