Our client is a new Take away/restaurant in the center of Limassol. They are currently looking for a Manager for their business. The successful candidate will be someone with experience in the HORECA industry, an exceptionally lively personality, sociable and able to work under pressure while ensuring excellent customer service is provided to all customers.

The Manager will be responsible for successfully running the business and reporting to the owners.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
  • Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
  • Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
  • Organize and supervise shifts
  • Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
  • Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
  • Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and events
  • Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts and social media ads)
  • Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Proven customer service experience as a manager
  • An exceptionally lively and friendly personality
  • Positive attitude and hard-working
  • Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
  • Acute financial management skills
  • BSc degree in Business Administration; hospitality management or culinary schooling is a plus
